The Anzá project, located in the Western Cordilleran region of Colombia, consists of three granted exploration licences and a number of applications, totalling roughly 330km2 in area. In April 2026 the Company announced completion of its in-fill drilling program at Pepas, declaring a Maiden Resource Estimate of 219,000 ounces of gold.
The Company’s decision to focus its efforts on moving the Pepas deposit toward an MRE has been justified with this result. We will now immediately move Pepas into the economic study and permitting stage, while at the same time expanding our exploration effort to begin testing e other prospects within the Anzá project.

The project lies within the N-S trending Mid-Cauca belt, defined as a belt of late Miocene porphyry and related deposits hosted in the Romeral melange northwest Colombia. These titles and applications are owned by two Colombian companies, Minera Anzá, and Minera Monte Aguila, both wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.
The latter of these was acquired by Orosur in November 2024 from the Company’s previous JV partners, Newmont Mining and Agnico Eagle Mines. Orosur thus owns 100% of the Anzá Project.

Latest developments
In April 2026 the Company announced completion of its in-fill drilling program at Pepas, declaring a Maiden Resource Estimate of 219,000 ounces of gold. The Company is now drilling in the greater Pepas area with a view to refining its geological model and identifying potential future deposits. Additionally, the Company has identified a second area of mineralization some 100 metres to the West of Pepas.

In APTA, to the south of the Pepas deposit, in the middle of the Company’s licence area, we commenced drilling to gain a better understanding of the geological controls ahead of a potential resource estimate later this year.
And, to the south of APTA, geological mapping and sampling has been completed at El Cedro and the Company announced that new mapping and sampling had commenced post the period end at a new second porphyry identified to the south of El Cedro. New airborne geophysics is being flown to establish drilling targets at both El Cedro and in the new second porphyry identified to the south of El Cedro.
